Offers water safety education and personal safety for children ages 6-15. Courses conducted at the beach and pool. Fast paced fun and educational program based on California, and Australian junior lifeguard programs.

North Shore Junior Lifeguard Program for ages 8-13, 20-hour course includes instruction in: personal safety at the beach and pool; rescue techniques using modern lifeguard equipment; swimming rescues and tows, recognizing hazardous ocean conditions; rip current escape, aquatic first aid; and marine ecology. Activities include beach flags, run-swim-paddle, and surfboard. Course meets M-F on the north shore.
